Just when you thought California Sweetpotatoes couldn't get any more versatile or tasty, we bring you this amazing concoction by Amy Sherman of Cooking With Amy. This one combines the nutrient-packed deliciousness of California Sweetpotatoes with Real California Milk to create a creamy, frothy treat that has no caffeine, but tons of flavor.
1 cup California milk
3 tablespoons cooked sweetpotato
2 teaspoons sugar
2 drops pure vanilla extract
Heat the ingredients in a pot on the stove over medium heat, or in a mug in the microwave. When heated through, pour contents into the blender and whiz until foamy. Pour into a mug and serve.
